Your parcel will be delivered to the shipping address you specify at the time of purchase.Fireworks Town not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect or inaccurate addresses. If your order has already been processed then we can’t make any changes to the address or change the course of the parcel. If this does happen, Fireworks Town won’t be able to send you another parcel or make a refund.

In the event that a parcel is returned to Fireworks Town for various reasons including, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, you will need to email sales@fireworkstown.co.uk, Or call us at :07404 924486 to arrange redelivery and may be responsible to pay for all postage costs.

If Fireworks Town have provided you with more products than what you ordered, you must also notify us and return the surplus Products to us (we will bear the shipping costs).

Fireworks Town is not responsible for lost or stolen product parcels that are delivered to the address provided during checkout. In the event that the product parcel is lost or stolen, you should contact the transport courier or local depot for resolution. We strictly will not send you another product parcel or process a product refund.
